PTFE needle felt is a unique material filter bag, at 240 ℃ continuous operating temperature, instant 260 ℃ temperature conditions, the ability to resist the pH value of the entire range of acid and alkali erosion. PTFE bag does not absorb moisture, can withstand ultraviolet radiation. But the wear resistance of PTFE fiber filter in general, so there are strict requirements on the filter bag frame .On the most performance, the PTFE needle felt is perfect; it is a high grade product of needle punched felts.
PTFE Needle Felt is suitable for harsh conditions, the corrosion resistance of the filter service life requirements of the occasion. PTFE needle punched felts can be used for bag coal-fired boilers, waste incineration, carbon black production, titanium dioxide (TiO2) flue gas treatment production process, can also be used in some of the first metal smelting, refining and chemical production process.
